Landscape Design

Why Start with a Design?

A well-executed plan minimizes stress, prevents costly mistakes, and ensures long-term success. Our structured approach follows a proven order of operations:

Hardscaping & Infrastructure – Installing patios, walkways, and drainage solutions first creates a strong foundation and prevents rework.
Planting & Softscaping – Once the structure is in place, we introduce native and edible plantings that enhance beauty and resilenece.
Long-Term Success – Smart planning extends the life of your landscape, reduces maintenance, and keeps everything thriving with minimal effort.

Sustainable Strategies That Add Beauty & Value

We blend ecological design with thoughtful planning to create landscapes that feel as good as they look:

Lower Maintenance & Smarter Upkeep – Thoughtful design means less time, money, and energy spent on ongoing upkeep of plants that aren’t thriving or spaces that were overlooked before installation.

A Space Designed for You – Our designs make outdoor living effortless, creating a welcoming and nourishing environment.

Lasting Value & Timeless Beauty – A well-planned landscape grows more beautiful over time, increasing curb appeal and property value.

Our Goal-Oriented Approach

An intentional, well-designed landscape isn’t just an upgrade—it’s a lifestyle investment.

  • Creates a peaceful, restorative space for you to enjoy.

  • Supports sustainability while reducing water and chemical use.

  • Provides long-term beauty with minimal intervention.

  • It all depends on scale, but is also all scalable!

To begin design we collect an $750 (5hrs) deposit that covers the initial base model rendering as well as a concept rendering and design review call.

From there, we will either generate a quote based on the concept, or \continue to build out your design with specific plant selections, garden layouts, and all you’ll need to DIY.

  • After your initial design deposit of $750 we bill at the end of any month we work together at a rate of $150/hr.

  • A design is a helpful tool for folks that may have a hard time visualizing a long-term vision for their landscape.

As a living rendering, we can edit and change the design to reflect your landscape as it changes in expected and unexpected ways.

With a design you can easily determine what you’d like to take on first, and what should wait until another season.

If you are someone that appreciates a beautiful long-term vision, a design is for you!

If you are someone that wants to know what has been planted where, and what will be planted next, a design is for you!

  • Absolutely!

Designs are a fantastic supplemental information for loan and grant application, putting some visuals to your written goals.

We love working on public projects as knowledge is the first step towards community engagement and appreciation within the landscape.
